🌟 Inspiring Teacher Wanted for Our Internal Alternative Provision

Full-time • Qualified Teacher Status required

Are you passionate about making a transformational difference for children who need something a little different to thrive?

Do you have the creativity, commitment, and compassion to shape bespoke learning experiences?

If so, we would love to hear from you!

🌈 About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated teacher to lead learning within our internal alternative provision, supporting around 10 children from Year 1 to Year 6. This unique provision offers personalised, carefully structured learning for pupils whose primary needs relate to communication and language, with many having an ASD profile.

You will play a key role in planning, delivering and adapting high‑quality learning that truly meets children where they are — ensuring they feel valued, supported and successful every day.

🚀 An Exciting Opportunity to Shape the Future

In addition to teaching within our established provision, this role offers the rare opportunity to be part of the design, development and implementation of a brand‑new internal provision for a small group of pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.
This aspect of the role includes:
  • Contributing to the vision and structure of the new provision
  • Supporting and overseeing colleagues delivering the provision
  • Helping to create an environment that nurtures wellbeing, resilience and positive relationships
If you’re ready to make your mark and help shape something impactful from the ground up, this is an exciting next step.

👀 Come and See Us!

We warmly encourage interested applicants to visit and tour our existing provision. Seeing our approach in action is the best way to understand the incredible work our team is doing — and where you might fit in.

✔️ Essential Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) — only qualified teachers will be considered for this role
  • A passion for inclusive, child-centred education
  • A reflective, flexible and collaborative approach
