Lead Drama at Wrotham into an exciting new era!

Wrotham School is looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Drama to lead Drama at a transformative point in the school’s development.

From 2026, Drama will be housed in brand-new, custom-built performance spaces, offering outstanding facilities for teaching, rehearsals and productions. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Drama specialist to shape provision, raise the profile of the subject, and inspire students in a purpose-designed environment.

The Role

As Head of Drama, you will:

  • Lead the Drama curriculum across key stages
  • Inspire high-quality teaching, learning and performance
  • Develop exciting extra-curricular drama opportunities and productions
  • Work closely with Performing Arts colleagues to maximise the impact of the new facilities
  • Contribute to the wider creative and cultural life of the school

The local mainline station is a 10 minute walk from the school and is on the direct commuter line to Victoria Station in central London; this line includes stops at Bromley South.
