Examinations Invigilator (Casual)

We are looking to appoint reliable and conscientious Examinations Invigilators to support the smooth and efficient running of examinations during our busy exam periods. This is a key role within the school, helping to ensure that examinations are conducted fairly, securely, and in full accordance with examination regulations, while providing students with a calm and supportive environment in which to perform at their best.

As an Examinations Invigilator, you will play an important part in maintaining the integrity of the examination process. Your responsibilities will include preparing examination venues, checking examination materials, supporting candidates before and during exams, and actively invigilating throughout examination sessions.

You will be required to check attendance, record relevant information accurately, and respond appropriately to candidate queries. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are therefore essential. You may also be asked to act as a reader or scribe for students; full training will be provided.

All successful applicants will be required to attend a training session, during which full guidance and instruction for the role will be provided.
