Crockham Hill CE Primary School is a small, friendly village primary school with a strong sense of community. One of main priorities is to support the development of every child to enable them to reach their full potential. Our key values – Respect, Empathy, Resilience and Aspiration - are at the heart of everything we do.

Our office team is often the first point of contact for families and visitors and plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the school. We are seeking a highly organised, efficient, and friendly Administrator to work closely with our Office Manager, supporting and helping to manage our busy school office.

The Role

The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office. Working closely with the Finance officer, senior leaders, and site staff, this is a varied role requiring flexibility, initiative and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a welcoming first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
  • Ensuring smooth daily administrative operations
  • Supporting senior leaders with attendance and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate records and office systems

What We Offer

  • Opportunities to develop skills and contribute to improving administrative systems
  • A role that makes a genuine difference to children, families, and staff
