If you have experience of working in a administration focused role and are seeking a new and rewarding environment, then this role could just be what you are looking for.

Dealing with a wide variety of visitors to our school, your primary focus will involve acting as the first point of contact to visitors, staff, customers, parents and students alike. 

In this role you will:

  • Provide a high quality and efficient customer service, managing enquiries both face to face and via the telephone
  • Provide general office support to implement and maintain all office procedures and systems to ensure the smooth running of the school, whilst assisting staff with a range of administration tasks.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Is able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work accordingly.
  • Has a friendly and approachable manner and has the ability to maintain a calm, empathetic, courteous and professional demeanour at all times.
  • Has excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
  • Has good administrative skills and experience of Microsoft Word and an understanding of databases/spreadsheets.
  • Is able to deal professionally with confidential information
  • Is educated to GCSE C and above (Grade 4) or the equivalent with a good level of numeracy and literacy skills.

The post is term time plus 5 days to be worked in the school holidays, 37 hours per week, 8.00am – 4.00pm
