Job role: Sixth Form Pastoral Assistant

Salary: FMAT Band C1 £25,370.00 FTE (Pro-rata £8,367.51 p.a.)

Hours: 14 hours per week

8.00am – 3.30pm Tuesday and Friday*

30-minute unpaid lunch

Term Time plus 1 week

*we can possibly be flexible on timings but the business need is for these specific days and so these cannot be changed

Contract Status: Permanent

Contract Start Date: February 2026

Fulston Manor Academies Trust is looking to recruit a Sixth form Pastoral Assistant based at Fulston Manor School.

The successful candidate will assist one of our Pastoral Managers (Head of Sixth Form) in providing welfare and guidance to students in Sixth form. The successful candidate will be assisting in the provision of effective strategies to tackle underachievement and assist all students in the Sixth form area to ensure they have a successful education.
