Infiniti School, based in Doddington, Kent, is set on an amazing site with lovely grounds. We are seeking to appoint a proactive, reliable and versatile Site Manager who will take pride in the appearance, safety and smooth running of our school site.

This is a key role in ensuring that our school is a safe, secure, clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

The Role

The Site Manager will oversee the day to day management of the school premises, including buildings and grounds maintenance, health and safety compliance, security and supporting the smooth operation of the school.

You will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders and the Business Manager.

This is a practical, hands-on role, requiring a proactive approach to site management and the ability to respond efficiently to maintenance and operational needs.

  • Has strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills

  • Is proactive, well organised, reliable and able to prioritise work effectively

  • Is committed to safeguarding and ensuring a safe environment for children

Previous experience of working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.

Information about the school

Infiniti School is an independent special school based in the beautiful village of Doddington, near Sittingbourne, Kent. We work with students in key stages 3, 4 and 5 who have SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, as well as other associated difficulties and challenging behaviour. We have a broad and balanced curriculum with individual pathways for each student, with a focus on sport and outdoor education.

We offer therapeutic input alongside our academic and vocational courses, to help our students remove barriers to learning and become successful in and out of school.
