At Luddenham School, we are looking for a School Administrator to be the face of our fabulous school as well as someone who could clerk for our board of Trustees. We are looking for a bright and bubbly personality to support our children, parents and staff.

We are looking for:

  • Be welcoming to all and able to build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents and staff
  • Have experience working in a primary school and ideally be experienced at using SIMS. Experience with Attendance and Census would be desirable.
  • Have experience managing school finance, including the management of orders
  • Be highly organised
  • Be able to work as part of a team and also to take initiative and work independently
  • Have excellent secretarial skills, proficient IT skills
  • Have high levels of personal and professional integrity, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Have experience of working with other agencies and have a willingness to collaborate with other local schools
  • Be willing to be involved in all aspects of school life
  • Be willing to have the flexibility to attend full governing body meetings

The working hours for this post would be 8.30am until 11.00am Monday to Friday with the flexibilty to change these to cover full governing body meetings once a term.

This role is spilt across two contracts. One for the office adminitration for 8 hours and the other as clerk to the board of trustees for 4.5 hours.  This gives a total of 12.5 hours per week, during term time.
