We are seeking a dedicated and organised SEN Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs.

The Role

The SEN Administrator will provide high-quality administrative support to the SEN department, ensuring the effective coordination of services, accurate record keeping, and clear communication with staff, families, and external agencies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working in an educational, SEN, or pastoral setting

  • A strong understanding of SEN processes, documentation, and support strategies

  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and IT skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, parents/carers, staff, and external professionals

  • A proactive, solution-focused, and resilient approach to work

  • High levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
