We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and motivated Business Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in shaping our school’s continued success.

About the Role

As our Business Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the school’s financial, administrative and support services. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to ensure the effective use of resources, enabling the school to deliver the highest quality learning environment.

Information about the school

Shepherdswell CEPS is Federated with Eythorne Elvington School.

We are a mixed gender school in the heart of a village community, with pupils aged between 4 and 11 offering a range of opportunities to parents and children. To support our families, we provide wraparound care from 7:45am to 5:45pm by providing a breakfast and after school club every weekday.

Inclusive Christian values are alive throughout our school as recognised in our SIAMS Inspection in October 2019 and a Good judgement by OFSTED in October 2021.

We continually seek to improve all that we do and work closely with local schools.
