If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior TA role with cover responsibilities to join our supportive and collaborative team.

We are looking for someone who will:

*Be flexible, adaptable and work well under pressure to deliver planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups, often at short notice

*Be solution focused and think outside the box to develop exciting and innovative ways of stimulating interest and excitement in the children

*Demonstrate positive strategies and develop respectful relationships to manage the classroom, creating an environment where all students feel supported.

*Confidently use a range of provided resources and technology to make the lesson and the classroom engaging and relevant.

*Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm and commitment to working as part of a team, collaborating effectively with all staff across the school

*Contribute to the wider life of the school by upholding its Christian Values and Vision

You will need to have experience of teaching or covering in a primary school, with good classroom practice and behaviour management and be willing to go into different year groups across the school.  Cover will include, ECT time, Leadership time, PPA time, and staff absence.  Part of this role will be supporting in different Key Stages and running intervention groups.
