Advert

Following the retirement of our wonderful Mrs Potter, we are looking to appoint a temporary Receptionist, Admissions and Attendance Officer for Terms 3 and 4.

This role covers many different elements - you will often be the first port of call for parents and visitors, so a welcoming and professional manner are essential. A good sense of humour and the ability to remain calm, whatever the circumstances, are also necessary. As part of a busy office and wider staff team, the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with others, whilst also using your own initiative, cannot be underestimated.

The successful candidate should have experience of working in a school or other educational setting, with an understanding of safeguarding and data protection. Experience of using Arbor is highly advantageous, as is experience of using Word and Excel.

Hours of work are 8:15am-12:15pm and 12:45pm-1:45pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday (Term time only).

For further information, please read the attached Job Description, or contact Mrs Tina Holditch, Headteacher.
