  • Promote positive values, attitudes, and behaviour in pupils, supporting inclusion and engagement.

  • Contribute to the school’s ‘Communication Commitment’ initiative and wider educational development.

Person Specification

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with adults and children

  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills

  • Empathetic, flexible, and committed to raising student achievement

Desirable

  • Experience leading or coordinating a team

  • Additional qualifications in SEN, speech, language, communication, or behaviour management

  • Experience teaching the national or functional skills curriculum

  • Knowledge of ICT to enhance learning and lesson delivery

Why Work With Us?
