We are looking for an individual who ha a passion to work in an organisation that specialises in autism, supporting autistic children and adults on the autism spectrum to live the lives they choose. This role is based in our school, and the main part of your role will be to support our pupils during the day. 

This advert is for a bank staff role, with hours as and when required. The pay for this role is £13.08 per hour.

Your qualities: 

• Patient, inspiring, caring and sensitive towards the needs of vulnerable people 

• Good listener, able to report and record information accurately 

• Team player and able to work independently with little support as required 

• Resilient, able to work proactively with challenging behaviour 

• Willing and able to provide personal care to individuals as required 

• Individuals who value diversity, health and safety and are committed to safe working practice
