Your Impact in the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will establish strong working relationships with staff and students alike, offering essential support in the classroom. We are seeking someone who is dedicated to prioritising the needs of the children in their care.

This role offers an actual salary of £18,990 per annum (£25,136 full-time equivalent), based on 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30), Term Time + 1 week of inset.

Our Academy is a happy, caring and vibrant community which offers a stimulating and safe learning environment. In November 2024 we were judged by Ofsted to be a GOOD school with Pupils who are polite, respectful and move around the school calmly. The Academy is well equipped, having its own Nursery, library, 2 halls, a child friendly kitchen for cooking lessons and extensive outdoor areas including outdoor classrooms, a forest and a sports field. We aim to give every child the very best start to their education through lively and engaging teaching using an exciting, broad and balanced curriculum. We want our children to enjoy a wide range of experiences which bring the curriculum to life and make learning active, meaningful and relevant. All our staff work hard to ensure the best possible quality of education for the children in every class.
