Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Do you have the skills to support families and improve school attendance?

Eastchurch Primary School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Attendance Officer and FLO to join our team. This dual-role position is vital in ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive by promoting excellent attendance and supporting families to overcome barriers to learning.

You’ll work closely with pupils, staff, and parents to monitor attendance, implement interventions, and build strong relationships with families. If you’re organised, empathetic, and committed to safeguarding and inclusion, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on attendance data.
  • Support families through early intervention and guidance.
  • Conduct home visits and liaise with external agencies.
  • Promote parental engagement and school involvement.
  • Work with Partnerships in Neurodiversity in Schools (PINS) colleagues in order to support families and children
  • Continue to develop school Parent Forum groups and other Parent workshops in order to support families and children
