Contract type: Full Time, Permanent, 40hrs per week

ALP Schools provide continuity in learning for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans. We require a premises manager to work across our Kent based schools and their associated off-site facilities. The aim of the role is to ensure compliant, safe schools that are aesthetically pleasing for learners and support their special educational needs. 

We are looking for a Premises Manager who will support our vision. They will be responsible  for all aspects of site management connected to three schools. This will include a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and systems of the school. This includes compliance, security, cleanliness, monitoring contracts/contractors, routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs and to carry out pre-planned maintenance programmes.

The post holder will be required to work flexible hours between these schools.
