About the Role

As Headteacher, you will:
• Provide strategic and inspirational leadership that secures the highest standards of teaching, learning and pupil achievement.
• Build and sustain a collaborative and nurturing culture that values every child,member of staff and the school community.
• Drive school improvement through clear educational direction, rigorous self-evaluation, and evidence-informed decision making.
• Champion inclusion and wellbeing, ensuring that all pupils — including those with SEND and additional needs — receive the very best support.
• Work in partnership with the Governing Body and Federation Leadership Team to deliver shared goals and strengthen collaboration across schools.

Repton Manor Primary School is a mixed-gender foundation primary school for children aged 4 to 11, located at Repton Avenue, Ashford, Kent, TN23 3RX.
