Join the Towers community as a Sixth Form Attendance Data Administrator
Pay Grade: KSB | 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (38 weeks per annum)

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about supporting young people to succeed? We’re looking for a dedicated Sixth Form Attendance Data Administrator to play a key role in helping our students reach their full potential.

Working at the heart of our Sixth Form, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate management of all attendance data. From maintaining daily registers and monitoring attendance trends to producing reports and supporting the Senior Leadership Team, your work will have a real impact on our students’ progress and wellbeing.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll liaise closely with staff, students, parents, and external agencies to ensure our attendance processes run efficiently. You’ll take ownership of data systems, produce insightful reports for staff and trustees, and celebrate student success through attendance awards and recognition schemes.

We’re looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience working with data systems (such as SIMS or similar) is desirable, but full training will be provided.

In return, you’ll join a welcoming and supportive team that values collaboration, initiative, and professional growth. You’ll be part of a school that genuinely cares about its students and staff – a place where your contribution helps shape positive futures every day.

If you’re looking for a rewarding role that combines data precision with meaningful purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
