We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, proactive and enthusiastic SEND administrator to support our SENCo.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the day to day running of the SEND department, undertaking various administrative duties including emails, letters, referrals, ordering, bookings of meetings and appointments, and working closely with the SENCo.

We are seeking an individual who has strong organisational skills together with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn various databases used by the school. A knowledge of Arbor is desirable. The role will require liaising with pupils, parents and external agencies in a professional manner.

Applications are invited from candidates who have experience within SEND administration and possess a proven ability to work under pressure and use their own initiative.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate a high level of competence in administration and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. 

The hours of the role are 9.00am – 3.00pm (including half hour unpaid lunch break), term time only.  Flexibility is required to work outside of these times should the need arise.

It is very popular and is regularly oversubscribed, our current pupil role is over 650 pupils.
