Information about the federation

Willesborough Infant and Willesborough Junior schools are large schools, who federated in January 2019, forming The Willesborough Schools Federation. The two schools have worked together for many years as link schools. We are proud of our unique identity as federated infant and junior school and the progressive curriculum and provision we have created for our pupils and community.

The federation offers excellent opportunities for staff to work across both schools and enjoy being part of a big school team. As a large organisation, the Willesborough Schools can offer training, coaching and mentoring to teachers, classroom practitioners and support staff, who are new to their profession, as well as a passion and commitment to the growth of leaders and managers at all levels.

Both schools have been inspected recently and have achieved excellent outcomes.
