New Line Learning Academy are seeking to employ dynamic and creative Teaching Assistants to support pupils with EHCPs within the classroom. The ideal candidates will have experience of supporting students within small groups and working on 1:1s with a pupil in lessons.

You will need to have:

  • Recent experience of working with children of relevant age.
  • Previous experience of working within a supported learning environment
  • Must be able to use own initiative, work independently in an orderly manner,
  • motivate and inspire others with a creative approach to problem solving.

The role is 37 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-3:30pm, working 38 weeks per year.
