Are you an ambitious teacher ready to move into middle leadership? This is an exciting opportunity to join our caring and high-achieving school as a Year 6 Teacher and Upper Key Stage 2 Phase Leader.

Due to the retirement of the current postholder, we are looking for a dedicated and driven professional to lead our Upper KS2 team. You will oversee a team of three teachers and work closely with our senior leadership team to support teaching and learning across the phase.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Teach to a high standard and inspire those around them.
  • Lead and support a team of effective practitioners.
  • Develop new ideas and drive improvements.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to achieve their best.

You should:

  • Bring enthusiasm, positivity, and a can-do attitude.
  • Have completed the NPQML, be currently enrolled, or be able to demonstrate your readiness for leadership at interview.
  • Be passionate about pupil achievement and inclusive education, including SEND.
