Join Our Growing Office Team!

We are excited to be recruiting a new member to join our expanding school office team. This is a brand new role, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to help shape and develop key aspects of our office operations over time.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing attendance and will oversee the day-to-day running of the school office. As the role evolves, there will be opportunities to contribute to wider improvements and increased efficiency across our systems and processes.

We are looking for someone with previous office experience and a strong skill set to support a busy, friendly, and forward-thinking team. You will need to be organised, proactive, and confident in working both independently and as part of a team.

Greenfields is a highly regarded and oversubscribed one-and-a-half form entry Community Primary School, with four nursery classes. We are located in South Maidstone, set within a spacious site boasting excellent facilities that enhance both learning and play.

At Greenfields, we have designed our own bespoke curriculum to meet the unique needs of our children. This includes dedicated enrichment funding and the use of our school minibuses to bring learning to life. Our pupils regularly enjoy visits to exciting locations such as London, Harry Potter Studios, and a wide range of destinations across Kent – making learning both memorable and meaningful.
