VIAT 7 - FULL TIME Position (£31,801 - £36,289 per annum)

Thank you for your interest in this position; I believe it is a vital appointment in continuing our fantastic journey at The Lenham School.  I am looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to be by my side and help me fulfil my vision for this wonderful community.  

In particular, I am looking for someone who:  

  • Can manage calendars, emails and communication systems. 
  • Has an eye for detail in administrative work, especially written communication and minute taking. 
  • Can work well with parents, teachers and external agencies. The professional image of the ‘Office of the Headteacher’ is vital at The Lenham School. 
  • Is always thinking ahead and spotting potential obstacles and opportunities. 
  • Potentially, has had experience with social media or organising events. 
  • I can build a strong relationship with. I am someone who runs his school with belief, ambition and optimism.
