Balfour Infant School is seeking to appoint a dedicated Midday Meals Supervisor to join our vibrant team. We believe that a positive lunchtime experience is essential for promoting wellbeing and encouraging effective play among our pupils.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and will be tasked with facilitating engaging and enjoyable play activities during the midday break. You will be responsible for supervising children during mealtimes and ensuring that they are safe, well cared for, and able to engage in constructive play. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in modelling appropriate behaviour, promoting respect among peers, and encouraging positive interactions.

We are looking for individuals who are patient, approachable, and possess excellent communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nurturing school community and to make a positive impact on the children's lunchtime experience.
