Ramsgate Arts Primary School is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join our wonderful office team.

Hours per week: 37 hours a week - 39 weeks of the year

Salary: Kent Scheme A £24,513, pro rata 

Contract term: Permanent

The successful candidate will:

  • Have proven administration experience
  • Have proven experience in using Microsoft Applications
  • Have previous experience of reception work or working in a customer service role
  • Hold a first aid certificate or be willing to attend first aid training

As the first point of contact for the school, you will have excellent customer service skills and a sense of humour together with a welcoming and friendly approach.
