The children, staff and governors of St Mary of Charity Primary School are looking for a passionate, creative and ambitious TA to join our hard working team in Year 6. 

The job role will involve supporting whole class learning in the core subjects and providing focused group and individual support in line with class provision maps. This is a full time post so the right person will work 27.5 hours a week, term time only. The contract will run until August 2026 initially.

The right person will be keen to learn and embrace the Christian ethos, vision and values of the school to ensure that they can be the best that they can possibly be. They will have a desire to be well trained and highly skilled in their role as well as someone who can build good relationships and "champion" children's learning.

St. Mary of Charity C of E Primary School is a 1 form entry Church of England Primary School in Faversham, with a mixed catchment area. The school became part of Aquila, The Diocese of Canterbury Multi Academy Trust (www.aquilatrust.co.uk) in August 2015. The school has a hard working, friendly and committed staff team and an active Governing Body. We share our building with a Childrens Centre and are lucky enough to have a large school building offering lots of space. The school has been judged as outstanding in SIAMS 2017 and good in Ofsted 2025 and we continue to strive to provide the best possible education for the children in our community.
