We are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, well organised and skilled individual to join our busy office. Reporting to the Business Manager, the post holder will be responsible for SIMs administration, school communication and other office administration.

The successful candidate should have good interpersonal skills, be computer literate with competent typing skills, and a some experience of working with SIMs would be advantageous. Previous school office experience desired but not essential.

A flexible nature and attention to detail is most important and a professional attitude is essential.

Hours for position will be Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm, term-time only plus 5 staff development days.

 

 

Information about the school

We are a small village school situated on the outskirts of Dover. At present we have 113 pupils on roll and the profile of the school across the local community is strong and growing due to our strengthening reputation. We received an OUTSTANDING Ofsted judgement (December 2022) and are now building on these successes. We have fantastic outside grounds which are used for sports and outdoor learning activities. We have wrap around care from 7.45am until 5.45pm using our Breakfast Club and After School Club facilities.
