We would need you to do the following:

  • Take the lead with the after school club team and plan engaging and exciting activities for children across school.
  • Create highly effective plans and timetables for all staff in the club to use
  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment for all children in the club (Nursery to Year 6).
  • Meet all requirements and guidelines relating to nutrition and the food we provide.
  • Check registers and payments and liaising with parents as required.
  • Follow in school expectations, including school safeguarding procedures, at all times.
  • Ideally have a knowledge of Early Years.
  • Build positive relationships will children and staff across school.
  • Conduct appraisal meetings for staff in your team (with support if required)
  • Undertake both first aid and food hygiene training
