Job role:        Learning Support Teaching Assistant

Salary:           MAT Band C1 £25,370.00 FTE from September 2025:  £20,596.94 pro rata p.a

Contract Status:   Permanent  Contract Start Date:  September 2025 Hours: 35 hours per week

Term time plus 2 training days Monday - Friday:  8.30am – 4.00pm (30 minutes unpaid lunchbreak each day)

The school is looking to recruit a Learning Support Teaching Assistant to join our well-established team providing support to our students. You will work as directed by the SENCO with individual students and groups of students, supporting with the monitoring of progress for individuals. Due to the nature of the role a patient, caring and compassionate approach is needed.

The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, positive and committed to supporting our students.
