Caretaker

 

Salary: Site Team Scale 3, points 5 – 6, £23,836.54 to £24,214.42 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

 

Successful candidate can decide to work either patterns:

7am until 11am and then 2.30pm until 6pm (split shift)

Or

7.30am until 4pm with a 60-minute unpaid break during the day.

Are you a practical person who can work independently using your own initiative, or as part of a team? 

 

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the maintenance of both school sites, ensuring that rooms/buildings are open and ready for use; and are then locked appropriately to ensure the security of the school site. You will also assist with maintenance projects and renovations including external works.  There may be a requirement to be on call if any problems arise.
