The Howard Academy Trust is seeking a highly effective Finance Assistant, to start as soon as possible. This role will be based within the Finance Department, within the Central Operations Team of the Trust.

The successful candidate will be a hardworking and detail-orientated self-starter, who has a sound understanding of all aspects of finance support. They will be proactive and be able to travel between all schools within the Trust according to the responsibilities and needs of the service. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive admin team in a busy school environment.

This is a part-time, all year round, permanent role, paid on the NJC pay scale grade D2, points 4-11 (FTE £24,404.00 - £27,269.00 – actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £16,489.51 - £18,425.35 per annum).

The working pattern will consist of 25 hours per week, 3-4 days per week, with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.
