We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed cleaner who takes pride in their work to join our school premises team from 1st September 2025

Applicants should be able to work as part of a team and alone, be reliable and trustworthy and have a flexible and willing approach.

We do not require any formal qualifications but you will need a “can do” attitude with the following skills:

  • An understanding of Health and Safety requirements
  • Flexibility and a willingness to take on a range of tasks
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • An ability to manage own time effectively to prioritise work
  • A willingness to undergo further training as required

Duties include classroom / toilet and general cleaning which will need to be delivered to a high standard. Full training will be provided.

This role is for 11 1/4 hours per week  3.15pm - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday

 plus one weeks deep clean during the Easter break and two weeks during the summer break.

The salary for this post is KSA currently £12.70/hour

You will also receive holiday pay (currently 29 days)  sick pay and have access to a pension.
