This position is based at Goldwyn Plus, Beaver Lane, Ashford, Kent TN23 5NX. The successful applicant may be required to work at our other Ashford sites.

Are you an organised, friendly and proactive individual with a passion for supporting a dynamic school environment?  We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our school and a key part of our team.

As the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students, you will play a vital role in promoting the professional image of the school.  You will also provide essential administrative support across a variety of tasks that will require enthusiasm, adaptability and resilience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload to meet deadlines.  Solid administrative skills along with having a positive ‘can-do’ approach are essential.

This post is for 30 - 35 hours per week (negotiable), 39 weeks per year (term time only plus 5 staff development days) and is offered on Kent Scheme B (£25,236 per annum).  Actual salary will be dependent upon number of hours worked.   The successful postholder will be required to start at 8.30am and work their hours over 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
