We are looking for a friendly, methodical librarian.  We want an individual who has both the organisational skills to run an established school library but also have the inter-personal skills to welcome and inspire children.

The successful applicant will have some experience of working with children, preferably in a school setting.  

You will be adding new books to our extensive collection, maintaining a tidy, safe space for children, using basic electronic systems (Junior Librarian and Accelerated Reader) for tracking books and reading, suggesting books for children and guiding them to choose books at an appropriate level.

Working hours are 8.45am until 1.15pm, 5 days per week

We are a friendly school with an amazing, dedicated staff team.  The community we serve are very supportive, our children well-behaved, polite and keen to learn.
