Leigh Academy Minster is seeking a dedicated College Administrator to provide highly effective coordination for one of our college offices. This pivotal role involves supporting both the Head of College and the PA to the Principal, as well as the Senior Leadership Team, with whole-academy operations and administrative systems and processes. You'll be the friendly, reliable face of our college, ensuring the smooth running of the office and proactively supporting the development of a dynamic learning community through effective delivery of administrative services to meet the needs of every stakeholder.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, balancing multiple responsibilities across different areas within the college. While primarily based in the college office, we’re looking for someone flexible who is happy to adapt to new environments and challenges.

This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week, term time + 1 week of inset and offers an actual salary of £20,990 - £23,454 per annum (£24,404 - £27,269 full-time equivalent), based on experience.
