ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - SEPTEMBER - TERM TIME ONLY PLUS ONE WEEK

Salary Scale: QEGS 3.1 – 3.3 (£23,722 - £24,442)

Pro rata salary £17,649 - £18,184

32 HOURS PER WEEK (Mon- Fri)

Queen Elizabeth’s is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant based in the very busy school office. The successful candidate will manage pupil information systems, providing administrative support to colleagues facilitating effective communication both within and outside of the school with staff and parents.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent organisational skills, attention to detail with proofreading experience an advantage. You will work closely with colleagues on a daily basis therefore an awareness of others’ needs and a sense of humour are essential.

A willingness to contribute to other areas of school life would be welcome.
