Lead Teacher of Art and Photography 

We are seeking to recruit an inspiring and dynamic Head of Art and Photography to lead our inspiring and forward-thinking department within our high-achieving girls grammar school. The successful candidate will have a clear vision for the development of Art and Photography, a passion for fostering creativity, and the ability to lead, manage and motivate staff and students alike. 

You will be responsible for driving outstanding teaching and learning, leading curriculum development, and ensuring that students of all abilities are supported to achieve their full potential.  As Lead Teacher, you will champion the arts across the school, promote enrichment opportunities, and contribute to the wider cultural life at Invicta.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and innovative practitioner to take the next step in their career and shape the future of visual arts in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment. 

The role is for committed and motivated professionals who would like to work in a school that provides a wealth of opportunities for both its students and staff, along with wanting to be part of a family friendly, team-based workforce. This post would be suitable for experienced teachers. It should also be of interest to candidates who have or have not had previous grammar school experience.
