Occupational Therapy Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young people with autism, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and sensory processing differences? Do you have a heart for helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive both in and out of the classroom? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our supportive multi-disciplinary team.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll work under the guidance of our qualified Occupational Therapist to help deliver therapy interventions and support pupils in accessing their learning through tailored sensory and functional strategies. You’ll support the development of pupils’ independence, self-regulation, motor coordination, and life skills—both in the classroom and in specialist settings such as our sensory spaces and therapy rooms.
