We have an incredibly positive and enthusiastic work ethic within our academy; all staff are supported and enjoy working within our friendly and collaborative environment. We are a school that thrives on teamwork, recognises the importance of high-quality support for the teachers and offers a creative and responsive package of CPD for all staff. Our successful candidate will be an experienced teacher who has a vision to drive the academy to achieve its full potential. Ideally, the teacher will have experience in all year groups.

At Hartley, we believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to develop and grow as a learner. We are dedicated to ensuring that all children, regardless of their background or needs, have the chance to achieve their full potential. Our curriculum offer is broad, balanced and bespoke, driven through the lens of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme to foster a love of learning and empower students to take ownership of their educational journey.

We create a safe and inspiring environment where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to be the best they can be. We champion outside-the-box thinking, encourage students to take action alongside their learning, and provide enriching opportunities for them to deepen their understanding and skills.
