Are you a committed, reliable, and compassionate professional passionate about supporting families and ensuring every child thrives? Leigh Academy Hartley is seeking a dedicated Family Liaison/Attendance Officer to join our vibrant academy from September 2025.

This crucial role is at the heart of our school community, working closely with colleagues, parents, families, and external agencies. You'll be an integral member of our team, playing a key part in enhancing communication and collaboration between home and school and supporting student well-being.

We are seeking an individual with recent experience working with children or families. You'll have a calm and empathetic persona, be an excellent communicator, and possess the ability to analyse information, develop strategies, and see tasks through to conclusion. Good IT skills are necessary, and you should be enthusiastic about supporting children and their families, improving attendance, and ensuring student well-being.

This is a permanent opportunity and the actual salary £21,218 - £23,023 per annum (£26,079 - £28,297 full-time equivalent), based on working 35 hours per week, term time + 1 week inset. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 3.45pm.
