We are looking for AEPs with a good honours degree in psychology who understands psychological theory and its application in educational and community settings. Aquila schools are located in some of the most challenging areas of Kent, and we are committed to making sure all children achieve excellent outcomes to support the transition to the next phase of their life. The post requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be working closely with teachers, parents and children, making psychology accessible to all to support children’s social, emotional and academic development.

Aquila schools are located throughout Kent, and being able to travel independently is essential to the role. As this is a role working directly with children and families, the post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.

The AEP would be part of the friendly and supportive Central Team, who will make you feel welcomed and supported. You will be provided with a laptop and we promote flexible working as well as a positive work-life balance.
