We are looking to appoint a hardworking, flexible, and reliable site technician who can work independently using their initiative to solve problems as they arise.

Working under the direction of the School Business Manager this is a dynamic and varied role including repair and general maintenance of the school site to include plumbing, carpentry and decorating (experience and/or qualifications in these trades would be advantageous).

You should have a thorough knowledge of health and safety as you will be responsible for the compliance of the school site on a day to day basis, ensuring all checks are performed and records are up to date.

The successful applicant will need to be:

  • Physically fit
  • Solution focused
  • Multi-skilled

Some unsociable hours may be occasionally required due to this role being the primary key holder. Some flexibility in hours or job share may be considered for the right applicant/s.
