Leigh Academy Hugh Christie is seeking an exceptional Head of Department – Modern Foreign Languages to drive our ambitious and high-performing MFL department. With a focus on Spanish and German, this leadership role is ideal for an experienced and passionate languages educator who is ready to take the next step and shape the strategic direction of language learning across the academy.

  • A highly motivated and experienced MFL teacher, ideally with leadership experience or clear potential to lead.

  • Strong subject knowledge in Spanish and/or German with a proven track record of excellent outcomes.
