Want to be a founding member of our brand new, state-of-the-art, Specialist Resource Provision (SRP)?

Would you like to work in a brand new provision supporting our SEMH students?

The Victory Academy are seeking a HLTA to work with our teachers in supporting our SEMH students in promoting independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.  They will provide support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.

The Victory Harbour

The Victory Harbour is our Specialist Resource Provision which is a dedicated provision specifically for students, with an EHCP, who have SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. The Victory Harbour is fully part of The Victory Academy and in September 2025 will open its doors to our first cohort of students.

The Victory Harbour Vision:

To be an integral part of our school and a centre of excellence for children with SEMH and children who, with support, can access opportunities in mainstream education.

To be a base where children with SEMH are supported to learn strategies to enable them to achieve and thrive. Focusing on communicating and interacting with and relating to others, and experiencing the diverse, real world around them.

To be an inspirational provision of inclusion that is reflective of the wider school ethos and values.

Applications are invited from qualified HLTA's or experienced Teaching Assistants who would like to undertake a school funded HLTA qualification.
