Teach in Kent is seeking a passionate and experienced teacher to join our team full-time and play a key role in delivering an exceptional training experience for aspiring teachers. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future of education by supporting trainees across our extensive network of partner schools in Kent, London, and Sussex.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the coordination of school placements, ensuring trainees receive high-quality mentoring and support. You will be an accomplished classroom practitioner with a proven track record of mentoring trainees or supporting the professional development of colleagues. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver constructive, developmental feedback to trainees, mentors, and senior leaders are essential.

The role involves regular travel to partnership schools to observe and support trainees, ensuring the programme is implemented with fidelity and effectiveness. While the Head Office is based at Fort Pitt Grammar School in Rochester, the position offers significant flexibility, with much of the work carried out remotely.
