This is a very exciting new opportunity to join our school as EYFS lead, Reporting to the Headteacher and Deputy Head, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership
of the Early Years as well as having a role to play in shaping the strategic direction of Early Years in our school. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be able to use your strong pedagogy and
philosophy for Early Years, along with your creative flare and passion for learning, to lead our EYFS team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a proven strong EYFS teacher who has a clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and the Primary curriculum.

• Have leadership skills that will enable staff to flourish and pupils to reach their potential, underpinned by a strong personal philosophy and clear pedagogical subject knowledge.

• Be dedicated to raising standards and removing barriers to learning for all pupils, ensuring consistency of education to the most vulnerable of children

• Have high expectations of themselves and pupils with a positive, can do and proactive nature.

• A commitment to developing an engaging and exciting curriculum based on practical and first-hand learning experiences set within a very strong learning environment.
