We are recruiting for a full-time Premises Assistant to start ASAP.  A good range of site maintenance skills, including general repairs, cleaning and decorating, will be required for the role along with an understanding of Health and Safety procedures.  Familiarity with Office 365 and good ICT skills for record keeping are also desirable.  The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, organised and happy to be part of a small but inclusive team.  The role will involve some manual labour, including lifting furniture and equipment to statutory limits.  A first aid qualification, or willingness to attain one, is also essential.    

As this is a keyholding post, some out of hours attendance is required for which time off in lieu or overtime payment is available. 

Wye School caters for Years 7 -13 with a roll of 600, housed in a new building situated in the beautiful Kent Downs countryside, offering an outstanding learning environment for staff and students.  Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2018, the school is dedicated to ensuring each student gains the knowledge, confidence and skills to make a success of their future lives. Students are well behaved and hardworking and our staff form a friendly, inclusive and committed team.
