The Victory Academy are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sociology Teacher to join their team.  The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering high-quality teaching to ensure that every student progresses, and utilises effective resources to provide the highest standards of learning and achievement for all pupils.

To succeed you will need to;

  • Plan, implement, and deliveran appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated curriculum for KS4 & KS5 students
  • Monitor and supportthe overall progress and development of students
  • Facilitate and encouragea learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
  • Contribute to raising standardsof student progress and attainment 
  • Integrate the Thinking Schools ethosinto all aspects of school life to develop students as thinkers, enabling them to achieve success and be their best selves
